There are fishing ponds in Lac de Cherapont, Fond du Paradis, Gouvy and in La Grange, Achouffe 7, Wibrin. A permit is required to fish in open waters such as rivers.
Gouvy's territory encompasses eleven nature reserves with a total area of 50 hectares.
Gouvy is part of Deux Ourthes National Parc that encompasses 76,000 hectares of pristine nature, spread over six municipalities.
